Marketplace.gov can’t find my application with my ssn so I can’t get my 1095a

I purchased insurance for a couple months on 2020 after I lost my job. I didn’t save the application id and now when I log in to my account on marketplace,gov I can’t access the application and get the 1095a. Called them and they said my ssn is not coming up to any application and without the application ID they can’t access my info. What am I suppose to do now and how am I suppose to file taxes? It was only 4 months insurance, after that I cancelled and got tricare.

a 1095-A will be mailed to you.  so unless you moved expect a copy.   you may have problems if your SSN on it doesn't match your correct one.  not sure how you got coverage when you applied with the wrong SSN

I didn’t apply with the wrong SSN. I’m verified on the gov profile as well. THEY are the ones that can’t find me on the system for some reason. They are the problem and their records. I’m on dead end. I still haven’t received the mail copy from them and they can’t find my application with my ssn.

have you tried calling. maybe they can locate the form using your policy number which would likely be on your monthly statements or other info.

Yes I called them. They said there is no application under my ssn. They only find my profile with my email address. And till now they haven’t mail me the tax form. They asked me if I have the application ID # which I don’t. So I’m on a dead end.
