Can you clarify if you have cleared the cache and cookies and gone through the e-file process again?
I HAVE THE SAME ISSUE.....
I SPENT 3 HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH TURBO TAX AND WENT THROUGH EVERY STEP IMAGINABLE (DIFFERENT COMPUTERS, MY PHONE, DIFFERENT BROWSERS, CLEARED CACHE, DELETED FORMS, TRIED PAYING WITH DIFFERENT PAYMENT METHODS, AND FINALLY I COMPLETELY CLEARED MY TAX RETURN AND STARTED OVER..... NO SUCH LUCK SAME ERROR MESSAGE EVERY TIME)
PLEASE FIND A SOLUTION!! I DONT WANT TO FILE BY MAIL
You are posting on an old thread. Can you please state what problem you are experiencing?
It’s the same issue already stated in this thread….
Here is the error message we are all getting.
“We could not e-file your return for the following reason: A server problem occurred while processing the refund transfer. Please try to e-file again and if that fails contact customer service.”
Generally, this occurs if your account is on a billing hold, or if Pay With My Refund was inadvertently added to your shopping cart more than once.

I have already proceeded with every known troubleshooting step that is known by your company… like I already said. I was on the phone for 3 hours with customer support. There was so known resolution.
Your tech department needs to step up and get it figured out!! This has been going on for years now?!!
