I'm still getting this error and have now triple checked my return for errors. According to the form availability from what I can see all the forms should be available to efile.
I'd already paid and can't delete the state return. I sent the tax file to an agent, and got token number 759349.

I tried logging in and out and also to delete and start my taxes again but it still did not fix the problem. I have filed with TurboTax before and this has never happened.

Clearing the State and Starting Over Is What I have found to work in most circumstances.

@sm7789 In this forum we are no longer able to process token numbers. The diagnostic message you are receiving is attached to a number of state returns for a variety of reasons. Most of the issues have been resolved, so you could try to open up your return, (since you are using the Free version, you can click on "Add a State" in order to get back into the return), and go through every screen in the state return. If there's any information that needs to be corrected, of course you should correct it. Then resubmit. If you are still getting the diagnostic, it may be necessary to paper-file the state return in question.

There should be a message in your return telling you which form(s) are not yet available for paper printing or e-filing.
I also got one of these. Token Number 824879
Removing the state and going through the error check found the error in the federal for an imported document, which had incorrect information. Once fixed, customer added back the state and tried again, but the error occured again. Removed the state again and tried to file, the error is in the federal return with one or more forms that cannot be e-filed but not indicated in the review.
