@sm7789  In this forum we are no longer able to process token numbers.  The diagnostic message you are receiving is attached to a number of state returns for a variety of reasons.  Most of the issues have been resolved, so you could try to open up your return, (since you are using the Free version, you can click on "Add a State" in order to get back into the return), and go through every screen in the state return.  If there's any information that needs to be corrected, of course you should correct it.  Then resubmit.  If you are still getting the diagnostic, it may be necessary to paper-file the state return in question.
