Robinhood and Acorns worked flawlessly, although the import type was from an account number and document number...still no luck on the Webull. I'm going to bed. Will try and figure this out tomorrow and will keep you guys posted if I come across a solution. I'll be making some phone calls tomorrow (or when Turbotax and Webull are taking phone calls). Again, happy to share a real solution should I come across one. Trust me when I say that nothing currently posted here works. If something does work for you, please share exact details as to how it did. All of us who are struggling greatly appreciate your help in advance!
I finally decided to just enter the proceeds, cost basis, and wash rule data manually through the SUMMARY. Not every single transaction because that would be impossible.
This solution takes about 5-minutes.
Since you can only enter up to 9 digits, it was recommended in another thread to split the proceeds and cost basis evenly.
If you do 18,000,000 in proceeds, for example, you'd split that into 9,000,000 and 9,000,000.
I split the cost basis evenly as well.
You'll have 2 (or possibly 3 or maybe even more) proceeds and cost basis sections for "short-term" gains. This is most likely true if you're an avid day trader.
Your gain/loss section will be the SAME for each short-term gains section (as you split this evenly) to meet the requirement of displaying a maximum of 9 digits within the Turbotax Platform.
I also broke down my wash rule data evenly. To enter wash rule, within entering your "total proceeds" and "total cost or other basis," select the box underneath that says, "I need to adjust my total cost basis." From there, select "W" for (nondeductible loss from a wash sale).
I'm not a tax advisor, remember, but I hope this helps provide direction as again, you'll probably LOSE your mind when you go to enter your data only to see it's not possible to enter more than 9 digits....and you'll be off to researching and solving another problem, yet again.
...and then another problem, not realizing where to enter your wash rule data.
Once everything is all entered up, ensure your net loss or net gain MATCHES what is on the tax form you're pulling your data from.

I've posted a REAL SOLUTION here and it will take about 5-minutes.
Just read through the steps and you'll be on your way.
Very simple.
I was unable to get my Webull to connect so simply did a "summary" as suggested...but that will CREATE some new problems, which I explained how to solve here
Just point everyone to this thread and problem solved.
Remember, when you download the form -- "[phone number removed]" is not your account number, it's their phone number 🙂 On Page 3 ( page 1 of apex document) - there is an 8-digit alpha-numeric code - look at the middle of the top middle of the page! This is your account number.
I just imported it without any issues.
Thank you for providing the way that allowed you to import. @srinaths
For most people whom are having this problem, including myself, this is not the solution. I appreciate the effort but hopefully, most people know what their account number is. I know what mine is. I also know my social and I'm still unable to connect.
I've provided the only viable and working solution for those having a true issue.
In other words, If you're entering your account number accurately and your social security number and still unable to connect, I'd go the alternate route before spending 4+ hours of time trying to solve a problem that hasn't truly been resolved.
Parsing CSV files should not require anything special.
So much of this process has been manual, that did not to be.
Why am I being asked to input data from a form that TurboTax has access to and can parse.
This is a scam...
I don't see an option to get .csv for stocks, just crypto which is what you are referring to -- but -- is there a way to get .csv for stocks?
For all the users that are facing this Webull linking problem: This is the only 'practical' workaround you can follow (for users with large transactions). Not sure why this issue is still open for a very long time. TurboTax should put honest efforts in fixing this.
It looks like if i use APEX CLEARING it says 1099 is not available kind of message , my webull also gives similar message 1099 forms not available for Acc# . You buy turbotax for the quick import feature and thats not working in for 2022 version
Please feel free to contact Customer Support so you can speak with someone who can assist you.
I’m currently having this same issue. Did anyone come to a successful resolution??
If your Webull account number from your Webull Tax Document isn't working, you will need to contact Webull.
If you are using TurboTax Online, you may also want to try a different browser or try clearing out your browser's cache and cookies. Please see How do I delete cookies? and How to clear your cache for more information.
Was not working for me either, until I realized that the 2nd and 3rd digits of the 8-digit Webull account number were the LETTERS "IO" and not the NUMBERS "10"!! Once I tried it with the letters, it worked perfectly.
