I tried to fill on the app or online and it was rejected. Is there anyway to fix that?
You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
You should log back into your Turbo Tax account and click Fix my return. You will get a message about the error. If you don't understand the message you get, post it in Community and we will help you. Be sure to mention which state you are filing.
If the message is clear, go ahead and make whatever corrections are needed. Next, click Continue to file. Keep going until Turbo Tax e-files your return again.
