Did you have it installed before or was this the first time? Maybe call customer service.
As martinmarks said above, we need to know exactly what you are experiencing in order to offer some recommendations, and are you using the Windows version or the Mac version?
There are different solutions for activation problems, depending on whether this is for a first-time installation that has never been activated, or whether it has suddenly asked you to re-activate
.
Are you currently installing the program for the first time and getting a blank or partially blank activation screen?
Or did you previously activate successfully and have been using the program, but now the program is asking you to re-activate when you already activated it before?
