How to do I report a software error in the 2024 Intuit TurboTax Premier release?

I tried this and after sharing my screen and pointing out the problems all I got was “You should use the step-step mode. Then I got mail that my case had been closed. Too bad Intuit doesn’t offer bounties for software error reports or at least pay attention to the reports they receive.
