Installation STALLING OUT at 9% AGAIN! Requesting Help, please

Despite best efforts and use of support topics and advice, the downloaded 2020 turbo tax premier WILL NOT INSTALL! It repeatedly gets STUCK at 9%! I turned off anti-virus security and that didn’t help. What to do, please?

Same problem here.  Stalling at 9%.

Turned off Domain firewall in Windows Defender.  Restarted and tried install again and everything worked.  Turned firewall back on.  Good luck

I turned off my Windows Firewall and my Bitdefender Antivirus firewall, then ran the downloaded .exe file for my 2020 Business and it worked right away.  Previously was stuck at the 9% even after turning off the Bitdefender firewall only.

Turning off firewalls/adding exceptions didn't work for me, but following procedures here did:

File checker seemed to be the step that worked; no idea why since it didn't find an errors.
