I was incarcerated for two years do I have to file my taxes or can I just e file for my stimulus payment ??

if you haven't filed in 2018 or 19 you can use the following website to register (non-filer option). be aware registering at this website constitures filing a return for 2019. if you do this your 2019 tax return can't be efiled
