Unable to import document from Etrade. Get a message saying "nothing to Import ---". The documents have been available on Etrade since Feb. 15. I have hundreds of transactions and cannot enter each of them manually. I am using the CD version Home and Business 2021. Thank you

Have you double-checked to make sure you are trying to import from the correct brokerage? Some users have had success trying to import from E*Trade Bank instead of E*Trade Securities.

If you have tried all the E*trade options, ensured that you are entering the correct credentials etc and the issue persists, you may consider entering a summary in lieu of individual transactions. The resource below provides those steps.

I wanted to make an edit to the above post but was experiencing some technical difficulties when attempting to do so. The above referenced link applies to the online version of Turbo Tax. Being that you mentioned using the desktop software, please contact E-trade and let us know what they say.
I am having the same problem. Securities tax information is the only reason I use TurboTax.
