Once in your account be sure to go back and answer all the military questions in "My Info" including rank. Also, enter your military W2 and be sure to indicate in the follow on question for that W2 that it is "Active Duty Military Pay". Then complete your return and your discount will be applied at the end when filing.

Does the form have a place to report 1099-R widow military retirement benefits? If not, what box do I select. It's not Civil Service
