@Steve211 A Form 1095-B is not entered on a tax return.
When the program asked if you have a Form 1095-A you should have selected NO. If you mistakenly selected Yes then the program wants you to complete 1095-A.
Delete the Form1095-A and Form 8962 (if listed)
If using the TurboTax online editions -
Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen
Click on Tools
Click on Delete a form
That does not work. I went through the steps to select "NO". It still shows "NO" but I keep getting rejected. I have a 1095-c, not a 1095-a.

That does not work.
The 1095-A issue can be corrected ... if you had one last year OR you accidentally started one this year then return to the 1095-A entry section and this time say YES you had one then delete the unwanted form that carried from last year or you started this year.
BUT if your return is being rejected by the IRS because they believe you or someone listed on your return has ACA Marketplace insurance at some time during the year then you must contact the ACA to see if indeed you have a 1095-A to report. https://www.healthcare.gov/taxes/
Same here. The return is being rejected even when I corrected the error.

I would like to take a deeper dive into this. However, I would need a diagnostic file which is a copy of your tax return that has all of your personal information removed. You can send one to us by following the directions below:
Turbotax Online:
1-Sign into your online account.
2-Locate the Tax Tools on the left hand side of the screen.
3-A dropdown will appear. Select tools.
4-On the popup screen, click on "Share my file with agent".
5-This will generate a message that a diagnostic file gets sanitized and transmitted to us.
6-Please provide a token number in a reply to this post.
Turbotax Desktop:
1- Open your return.
2- Click the Online tab in the black bar across the top of Turbotax and select Send Tax File to Agent
3- This will generate a message that a diagnostic copy will be created.
4- Click on ok and the tax file will be sanitized and transmitted to us.
5-Please provide the token number that was generated in the response.
