If you are using the online version only one person (or married couple filing jointly) can file per account.

If you are filing using the download or desktop version, and you are all on the same computer, then if you open up another persons return, yes you would see it.  However, they are not combined so that you would see them without opening them.  If you install it on different computers, then no, no one would see what is on the other computer.

Thank you! I have additional questions. I just filed my tax return using the turbo tax premier bought from Amazon with my computer. Now my friend wants to file her tax return. When she tries to install it in her computer, it says license code is associated with another user. Then she asks me to login my turbo tax account in her computer to download exe file to start her tax return. In this situation, can she see my tax return files and information. any best suggestion for this situation. Thank.

She will not be able to see your tax information.

The TurboTax user license allows one user to install copies of TurboTax on up to five computers that the user owns. You can also prepare multiple returns, including returns for other people. But the license does not allow, and has never allowed, one copy to be shared among different people.  This year, that license is being enforced by requiring users to log into their TurboTax online account when they install the program for the first time. This locks one particular copy of the program and one license code to one user account. The only way you could install the program on a computer that you do not own, would be to give the other person your online username and password. And even though that workaround might allow the installation, it’s still a violation of the license.

Thank you for answer. So, if I provide my username and password to my friend to install the program in her computer, please guide me how to proceed to install and start tax filling process. She still has to file her tax return under my account since she has to install the program in her commuter with username and password? or she has to login her turbo tax account to start filling after installation. Please guide me the process if you know. Thak you.

I can't provide any information beyond what I already provided since you are telling me you are using this for a friend and that is a violation of the license.
