If my partner and I aren't married, but he claimed our daughter in his taxes, am I still able to claim her as a dependent on m y taxes?

My boyfriend and I have a daughter together and he recently claimed our daughter in his taxes, and I am just wondering if I am able to claim her as a dependent on mine as well?

Nope ... if you all live together only ONE of you can claim the child for all child related benefits.  The parent not claiming the child should not enter them anywhere in the program.

No, only one parent can claim the child on their tax return. If you don't live together and the child lives with you, you would normally be entitled to claim the child on  your tax return, but only one of you can claim him or her under any circumstances.
