No.   You do not report income you receive in 2022 on a 2021 tax return.  It will go on your 2022 tax return if you receive the money in 2022.

Q. If I redeem a US Treasury Bond in January 2022, can I report the income on my 2021 Federal Tax Return?

A. No, for the reasons explained at the other replies.

There's an exception.  If the bond matured in 2021, but you didn't actually cash it until 2022, you can, and should, report the interest on your 2021 tax return.
