I tried to submit my information about both purchases but it did not go through, so nothing has been accomplished on my request for a refund of my dual payment. Debra Petry
@debp998351 Sounds like you messed up and instead of using the CD/download you purchased from Sam's, you logged on to online TT and used online software----you cannot pay for online using the license code. We see people who get confused about that and who use online instead of the desktop software they paid for......if you had asked before you filed we could have helped to switch to the CD/download from the online program. Now you are at the mercy of customer support.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”

Since you did not purchase the product through TurboTax directly then I doubt they will refund your purchase price especially if it was bought more than 60 days ago. You need to go back and get a refund from the place you purchased the product.
