I worked two jobs in January 2019 and made less than 5,000 do I need to file those w2’s from those two jobs? I had a 3rd job that I just want to file with

Yes. If you are required to file taxes, you must include all your income. If you receive a 1099-Misc with Box 7 income, you must file if you have $400 of income.

Yes, you must report all income, not matter how small the amount.  Income reported on an IRS form, like a W-2,  is especially reportable.  The IRS knows about it and will expect it to be on your tax return.
