Do you have a TurboTax Online account?

We'll help you get started or pick up where you left off.

I want to withdraw my return because of an error and file with my local CPA.

TurboTax says my household AGI for 2019 is incorrect. However, the number I am being shown from TurboTax is incorrect.

You can change the AGI and resend it.  Or if it rejected you can just leave and abandon it and go somewhere else.  What's wrong with the AGI?

You need your 2019 AGI to efile 2020. The AGI is on 2019 1040 line 8b. If you filed a Joint return you use the same AGI for each spouse.

If you didn't file 2019 or filed it later in the year then try entering 0 for the AGI. If that doesn't work you will have to print and mail your return.

My return was rejected because the AGI was 10,000 less than what I entered, which make no sense because I entered exactly what was on the 1040 I received last year..  I just didn't want to mess up by going to my CPA to file again, and look like I have tried to file twice.  I had hoped that since it was rejected I could just go elsewhere since it was rejected.  Thank you so much!
