I used the downloaded Turbo Tax Premier version and filed my three state taxes electronically thru Turbo Tax. I paid extra for this. Where is the status for this?

Click on File at the top left of the desktop program screen.  Click on Electronic Filing

That just says Accepted. It doesn't tell me why AZ and WI reduced my expected refund.  I think I figured out the error with WI.  Turbo Tax put by IL Real Estate taxes on the WI form!  That never should have happened.  I suspect that's why why update the WI form (just saw that update today when I went in to look for my receipts.)  I thought Turbo Tax has 100% guarantee they would make no mistakes.  How do I collect on that?

Plus, where do I find my receipts for e-filing for three states?

this is the right path for you to take, so contact turbotax.  I have been using turbotax since the 90"s.  I also did multistate returns for about 20 yrs, so you can call me stupid, but I actually put all my summary info into a spreadsheet, then enter all the numbers into turbotax, then I either reconcile the summaries for each form either looking at the pdf of the return, or a printed version.  you wouldn't believe how many times I caught an entry error, or more importantly something that looks odd.  then I call turbotax help and together we can make it right by forcing the numbers into the correct spots-that has happened only 2 times and were for a complicated return.  the extra spreadsheet entry and checking takes me about an hour or so, but I have great confidence it's correct.  you can skip the spreadsheet, but the checking or multiple checking is a best practice recommendation to follow.
