I think my calculated Tax Liability is incorrect. What should I do?

I was on the phone with someone named John Deer.  He could not figure it out either but agreed with me the calculation is incorrect.  We got disconnected and I don't have a way to call him back.  Can someone please call me?

His only solution was to tell me to update my software, but I am using your online site so that should not be an issue.

And I should not have to pay extra to fix a calculation error in your software.

well isn't that just fantastic.  awesome.  I love that your help just recommends "updating my software" and closing out my ticket, even though I am using your online tool.  Maybe I just shouldn't trust anything you are calculating and go with a different company.
