Turbo found that I qualify for Earned Income Credit. However, the IRS website says I am not qualified if I was a non-resident alien for any part of the tax year, which is the case. How can I remove the Earned Income tax from Turbo?
and I believe Turbo should also make this clear in the qualification criteria. If a person was not a resident all the tax year they shouldn't qualify.
Thank you.

If you are a nonresident alien you cannot use TurboTax at all. You must file a 1040NR that is not supported in TurboTax.
However, in partnership with Sprintax, TurboTax offers a nonresident tax filing solution
I am a resident alien. I wasn't a resident alien during all 2020 and that's where IRS says I don't qualify. I file my taxtes as a resident but my status changed during 2020 so I don't qualify for EIC based on the days I wasn't considered a resident in 2020.
Yes. You can disqualify yourself by doing the following.
