Yes. You can disqualify yourself by doing the following.
- Log into Turbo Tax
- Go to federal>deductions and credits>you and your family>show more
- Earned income Credit (EIC)
- When you get to a screen that asks if these uncommon situations apply, select I lived outside the US in 2020.
- The next screen will ask how long you lived in the US. Here you will select you lived here half of year or less.
