I repatriated back in October to India permanently. I do not have usa phone number. Can I still file usa tax return and receive refund without USA phone number?

I do not believe that there is a way to use TurboTax without a US address or phone number.  Sometimes people have used a friend's address and phone number in order to file with TurboTax when they are living outside of the US.  But it may be better to find a company in India who can file US taxes for you.

Please provide our community with specific and exact answers.  "believing" can lead to the wrong conclusion. 

Where on the Turbo Tax Web site does it say that you can't use it when overseas? Can you please reference the User Agreement where that is stated?

A US phone number is not required to print or e-file a tax return.  However, the TurboTax program will only accept a US phone number and area code.  A dummy number can be entered, such as 202-222-2222
