Unemployment compensation is taxable on a federal tax return. Your state should provide you a Form 1099-G for the unemployment compensation received in 2020 sometime in January 2021.
To enter unemployment compensation
Or enter unemployment compensation in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to unemployment compensation
You DO have to enter that unemployment income on your tax return. It is taxable.

Go through the screens very carefully to enter any federal/state tax you had withheld from the unemployment
You might need to get your 1099G from the state’s unemployment site when it becomes available in January. You will need to use the same password etc that you use to certify for weekly benefits
