Thank you but unfortunately that process did not work for me. I was given a number to call, as well as a case number. The number provided: [phone number removed] was not in service. Of course I was SHOCKED. I called the [phone number removed] and I’m not being connected AGAIN. I must have called that number a million times - that automatic service is not connecting me even though I entered the case number many times. I purchased Turbo Deluxe and urgently need to speak to someone. But HOW? I even left a message on Messenger- nothing
