Uh-oh!!  This is a public Internet forum and is even picked up by search engines.   This is a user community forum, not a direct route to TurboTax Support.   You should NOT reveal your license code or any other personal info in this public forum.    You can edit that comment to remove it.  To do so, click the tiny blue 3-dot icon just to the right of your comment and then choose Edit, and then you can remove it.

I've also reported it to a Moderator, who may remove it in the meantime.

If you have a specific question, then please ask it and explain your situation--without any personal info.   Then someone may be able to comment further.    I presume it's some kind of problem with the license code, but exactly "what" your issue is we don't know until you explain.

I don't know.  You haven't described anything.  And this thread topic is on something completely different.  If you are "logging in" to something, then I assume are you are using Online TurboTax as opposed to the desktop software.

You'd have to explain things for someone to make any suggestion.  Once we know more about your issue, we can hopefully tell you can recover account access.

I am trying to download Turbo Tax with a license code I got from a Costco CD I purchased

In order to download TurboTax with a license code, you will need to enter your activation number in the License code box on the activation screen and select Continue to complete installation. Please see this Help Article for instructions.

Follow the instructions in our FAQ if your license code isn't working, and you haven't used it up to 5 times already.
