I paid my taxes to the feds and state via my bank account. How do I get a receipt showing that I paid them?

I got a notification from my bank that the IRS and PA Dept of Revenue took their payment, however I was wondering if there's a way to get a receipt from either of those two organizations showing that I paid my taxes in full?

Unfortunately, no neither tax authorities will issue you a receipt. Your proof of payment is the bank account statement showing the payment to each tax authority.
