I paid for turbo tax online but I need to do a return for another person

I need to start a NEW return and I cannot start a new return

The TurboTax online editions are only for completing one tax return per account and User ID.  The TurboTax online editions for tax year 2019 have closed to make way for the 2020 online editions.

To complete and file a 2019 tax return using TurboTax you would need to purchase, download and install on a personal computer one of the 2019 desktop editions from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

A 2019 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed.
