I owe Federal Tax, is there an option in Turbotax to have the IRS automatically deduct the Tax Due, from my bank account?

When you file you will have the option of direct debit or paying by check.

One thing you can do is elect to "pay by check". Then you can go online to www.irs.gov/payments and pay there with several payment source options, including a savings/checking account.
