I originally selected to pay my taxes owed with a payment plan but now I am changing to pay in full. How do I go about it now so that it gets paid by today's deadline?

Go to this IRS payment website to pay the 2023 federal taxes owed - https://www.irs.gov/payments

Go directly to IRS web page and search for payment with your SS number. They love taking money in a number of options
