Did you purchase the TurboTax Live product which includes on-demand help from a CPA/EA tax expert?  i.e., are you using Live Deluxe, Live Premier, or Live Self-Employed?    Is this what you are referring to?

I file my Taxes in either late January or early Feb with Turbo tax, I received my refund. In mid March I received two 1099-C forms. Now what

You will need to file an amended tax return to report the additional income.
