I paid to have my taxes done. I received a rejected notice and I have NOT been able to make contact with turbotax since October.
And don't recommend that phone number. That computer claims it can't understand then hangs up. At least 15 times so far! I am beginning they just took my money and ran! This is absolute CRAP!

Turbo tax is a sorry piece of work. I am never able to find anything out! I can't get past that **bleep** computer! I can't find anything out when I try to chat.
I can't find anything out when I give my ID number.
But I paid my money! Mike I have two rejected 2019 tax returns and NOTHING to show for it except less money! This program is the worst ever! I mean it does absolutely nothing! I should have done my own taxes for free. At least I would not have returns sitting in limbo somewhere.
And no one knows how to reach a live specialist! I am so frustrated! I have been working on this for a month right now and over two months before then.
What's worse I also paid the $10 for that sorry azz app!
I simply give up! This turbotax online program SUCKS to hell!
I would not recommend it to any human being on earth!
They always say go to the community! Hell, I did not pay community to do my **bleep** taxes, I paid f'king turbotax!
I got ripped the hell off! This is the absolute worst program in ther history on online tax filling!
And that **bleep** computer! I can't understand a **bleep** thing and then wants me to ask about a tax refund!
F'CK!
