I need to reload my 2019 TurboTax Premier on a new (replacement) PC by have used my 5 licenses. How can this be overridden?

I need to reload my 2019 TurboTax Premier on a new (replacement) PC by have used my 5 licenses. How can this be overridden?
Two options:
1) ....buy the same version of 2019 again and use the new Lisc code. (don't buy 2020...wrong codes)
2) Call Customer Support and beg for a new Lisc code....but that's up to them...not sure how much flexibility they have:

I need to reload my 2019 TurboTax Premier on a new (replacement) PC by have used my 5 licenses. How can this be overridden?
I decided to call TurboTax, rather than pay for a new license. It took a bit of convincing, that the use of all 5 applications was due to computer problems causing me to re-load it multiple times, but they ended up giving a new license at no charge. It probably helped that I was looking for a prior year edition and not 2020. Couldn't have been a more satisfactory solution.
