How do I file 2014-7 on my tax return ?

Tried everything help even what was said in 00/693371

Here is a list of IRS FAQs on the subject for more details on the subject.  

If you received a form W2: 

In accordance with A11 in the FAQ.  

1.  Enter the W2 exactly as received into TurboTax.

2.  Scroll down to "Less Common Income" 

3.  Find "Miscellaneous Income"

4.  Find "Other Reportable income"

You will then enter the excluded income as a "Negative number" and identify it as "Notice 2014-7"

I did all that and it will not lower  the Fed and MN $ amounts
