If you received a form W2:
In accordance with A11 in the FAQ.
1. Enter the W2 exactly as received into TurboTax.
2. Scroll down to "Less Common Income"
3. Find "Miscellaneous Income"
4. Find "Other Reportable income"
You will then enter the excluded income as a "Negative number" and identify it as "Notice 2014-7"
