I made $252 dollars for uber in 2019. Do i have to claim my earnings? If so, would i get a 1099 or do i have to do a schedule c? Not sure if turbotax offers that option

       You do

 

If so, would i get a 1099

      They do not have to give you one since it is under $600

Do i have to do a schedule c?

      You do a Sched C

TurboTax offers that option
