TurboTax can be used for this purpose but it's definitely not suited for expats as the entry flow is geared towards people living in the US with standard forms of income. You have to manually click into the more obscure parts of the questionnaire to get to the sections required by expats (foreign salary, foreign tax paid on interest, etc.).

You normally also need a credit card with a US billing address ...
