I'm having trouble with state. being told Payer ID must be 14 characters long ending WTH (form TC-40W) which it is. Also I'm unable to edit anything. Any help?

Cannot edit Form TC-40W as instructed. Payer ID must be 14 characters long without hyphens. However I cannot change. Please Help?

....someone somewhere in here said that the final three letters (WTH ?) will take Ok if you use lower case "wth"

Just make sure you put in the first numbers and the final letters without a hyphen.

And I think they would be corrected on the W-2 you entered in the Federal section.
