why do you block my bank card to make payment I need to put in my bank info and now you want to get more money out of me. that is not what I am looking for. So, I hope to hear back at this point I am searching for another tax company that has a customer service phone number. nothing on your site for me to ask quesitions

You can speak to a person, you just have to go through the procedure to do that. You can get TurboTax support contact information, including phone numbers, at this link:

They don't want to hear about overcharged and they add product to your bill that you declined.  Then want to charge for it! Like tax assistance.  Never used a person or asked for it. Decline in the beginning.  I will inform my bank of the overcharged if you don't correct the matter.

Quite a few folks end up in LIVE TurboTax unknowingly and don't use it but are billed for it.   There is a way to remove it prior to paying, but a lot of folks either don't realize it or don't ask for help in removing it prior to paying.   This is a user community forum, so TurboTax Support won't see or do anything account-specific through this.   Below I tell you how to reach Customer Support and how to escalate if necessary.

 

If you haven't already done so, you can speak to them by phone.  If phone triage asks your issue, say "billing issue."

Support hours are 5AM-5PM Pacific, Mon-Fri this time of year.

I have contacted the company and it's a joke. No one wants to deal with the matter in hand. So, we are at a roadblock on the issue.
