Quite a few folks end up in LIVE TurboTax unknowingly and don't use it but are billed for it. There is a way to remove it prior to paying, but a lot of folks either don't realize it or don't ask for help in removing it prior to paying. This is a user community forum, so TurboTax Support won't see or do anything account-specific through this. Below I tell you how to reach Customer Support and how to escalate if necessary.
If you haven't already done so, you can speak to them by phone. If phone triage asks your issue, say "billing issue."
