I live in the US and have a US zip code, why does is the box for "I live outside the U.S." being checked automatically?

Must be some sort of input error. Otherwise, you can try calling product support.

No, but I kept on working on my taxes, had another situation where the wrong box/s were already checked, by the time I finished my taxes the correct boxes were checked. But this was still unnerving.
