I live in Arkansas can i deduct any of these taxes on a vehicle?

I paid $1808 state tax on new vehicle and $62 local tax, are these the ad valorem taxes TT says I can deduct? The "total registration fees"  are $19, are these ad valorem? TT is not very helpful with this

Yes, these are property tax/ad valorum tax.

Arkansans are required to pay personal property taxes every year. Personal property taxes are applied to items such as vehicles, trailers, motorcyles, etc. and are paid to your county collector.
