I just finished my 2018 taxes. How do I purchase Audit Defense?

When I finished, the program did not allow me to make the purchase.

2018? What software did you use? Online is only for 2023 returns. And the CD/download for 2018 is no longer supported by TurboTax. Any refund for 2018 has been forfeited several years ago; if you owe tax due it is now owed with late filing penalties and interest, for which the IRS will bill you when they receive your return and the payment for the amount due as shown on the return.
