Are you running TT from your browser? then you likely started using an on-line version of TT. It wants you to pay for that on-line version - but you do not need to do that!
You will need to transfer the return you have started to your computer. Then close the on-line version. Then load or open the CD version that you have. Then use the local TT software to open that file that you just transferred.
