I have a offset for overpayment of SSI I know my Federal taxes will be taken but will my California state also be taken. Even it the FTB says its Issued.

Your California return should be okay. The offset of Social Security is a Federal and not a State issue.

Okay thank you for the information, I have one more question it says on the California FTB that my refund was process and issued on the 28th. I just was wondering will it be deposited or intercepted.
