Follow the link and read all the info there. you should be able to register with the Social Security Adm and then use its business services online to prepare the w-2/w-3 and submit it electronically

@langmo2016 You can use TurboTax Quick Employer Forms to prepare and file Form W-2s if you are using TurboTax Business or Home & Business CD/Download, or TurboTax Online Self Employed or TurboTax Live for the current tax year.
You can also search "W-2 preparation" online and find a number of services. I suggest using an online service. However you can buy blank W-2 forms (including the 'red copy') from an office supply store and prepare your forms by hand and mail them in.
