I have a 1099-MISC form for $800 +, it was a wage supplement. Do I need to file it?

Unless the $800 amount was in your W-2 (extremely unlikely), you will need to file the 1099-MISC separately.   TurboTax will guide you through steps to gather information about the type of work you did to receive the $800, e.g., "was the work similar to the work in your main job", etc.
