You paid for the software at Staples and not through TurboTax. You will need to pay for the download from TurboTax and get a refund from Staples.

What you wrote didn't make any sense. See pic attached above and Step 1 says to download TurboTax from the site mentioned and the heading says: "No CD drive? No problem"... So, you are telling me that is it not true, isn't it? That is what your are telling me, really?... I already paid and you shall solve the problem allowing the downloading. Ask to your supervisor or someone with power to take a decision for real ”customer satisfaction"?

I am having the same problem  I purchased Turbo Tax at Costco and it comes with a license code.  I can't figure out how to download it or use the code.  HELP!

Your license code is a 14-character combination of letters and numbers (XXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX) that verifies the software and allows you to finish installing and begin using TurboTax. Here’s where to find it.
