Yes. If you did not file 2018 on time the the 2018 AGI is not in the right IRS database to verify you for 2019.

And .... if zero will not work to let you e-file your 2019 return then you will have to print, sign and mail 2019.

I filed both my state and fed taxes bc my local tax box was "wrong". They both were received 4/8/25, I got my state within weeks, but I am still waiting on my fed. Why??
